The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) now requires all food service facilities licensed at a 'Risk Level 3 or higher' to have at least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety training. Link to Ohio Department of Health's Food Safety Ohio Certification webpage.
OSU Extension has partnered with TAP Series to offer an online course which meets all ODH requirements and replaces the 15 hour (2 day) classroom study requirement. Total cost only $120. Enrollment into the online training is $73 a person and the ODH approved examination at a test center is $47 per person. Check HERE to purchase training and examination.
