A Matter of Balance will help you:  Overcome the fear of falling Recognize fall risk factors View falls and fear of falling as controllable Engage in a range of motion exercises that increase strength and balance.  When: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and September 7, 14, 21, 2023 Where: Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County, 1515 Cedar Hill Rd, Lancaster, OH

    Are you planning to preserve summer produce?  Join us for any or all of the following preserving programs presented by Shannon Carter, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator and Sandy Bohl, Instructor, with Ohio State University Extension Fairfield County. Classes will be offered in person at both Keller Market House and the Pickerington Library-Sycamore Plaza. There is no cost for attendance, but registration is requested to reserve your space.     Join OSU Extension - Fairfield County as we pay tribute to local agriculture! Friday, August 11 | 1pm | Keller Market House, 134 S Columbus St, Lancaster | Tomato Tasting Open House Stop by anytime between 1-3pm to visit OSU Master Gardener Volunteers for our annual tomato tasting! Vote for your favorite tomato, pick up resources on food preservation, and get you canner lid tested.

A $5 registration fee includes samples and a meat thermometer. Sponsored by The Ohio Beef Council and the Fairfield County Cattlemen’s Association.
