  3. Private Pesticide Applicator Testing

    If you want to be able to buy and/or apply restricted use pesticides, or want to add a category to an existing Ohio Private Applicator license, the Ohio Department of Agriculture will be testing on the afternoon of August 10th beginning promptly at 1:00 p.m. in the Monroe Township Hall located in Five Points off of SR 56 in Pickaway County. For those interested, there will be an optional and brief pre-test study session in the late morning of the 10th. Contact Mike Estadt at 740-474-7534 for details on the study session.

  9. Dairy Feeder, Lamb & Goat Jr. Fair Tag-in

    Tag-in for dairy feeder calves, market lambs and market goats being exihibited in the 2016 Fairfield County Junior Fair will be held at the Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 9 from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Please note the rules for tagging in these livestock, as well as the rules for tagging in the pigs have changed and may be found here.
