    Are you planning to preserve summer produce? Join us for Basic Canning presented by Shannon Carter, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator with Ohio State University Extension Fairfield County. This program designed for people who want to learn more about basic home food preservation using the water bath and pressure canning methods. Participants will learn how to use water bath and pressure canners to safely preserve the bounty of fresh produce all year long.
