Open to 4-H Cloverbuds and family members ages 8 and under Please join the Fairfield County Junior Leaders for an Easter Egg Hunt in honor of Jane A. Sharp.  Jane served as a Fairfield County 4-H Advisor for 24 years. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt, Face Painting, Crafts, Door Prizes & Bunnies!!

    Hold the date! The 31st annual Fairfield County Cattleman’s Association banquet and annual meeting will be held Saturday, March 9 in the Fairfield County Ag Center beginning at 6 p.m.

    Exhibitors who plan to show a market steer or market heifer in the 2019 Fairfield County Junior Beef Show must have their animals weighed, tagged, and nose printed on Saturday, March 9 at the Fairfield Cattle Company beginning at 8:30 a.m. Please note we will be at the new Fairfield Cattle Company facility located at 3443 Cincinnati-Zanesville Road (S.R. 22), Lancaster.

    The Ohio Department of Agriculture, Division of Persticide Regulation, will be in the Ag Center on Tuesday, March 5 to offer Private Pesticide and Fertilizer certification TESTING in all categories. Please call the OSU Extension office (740-652-7260) or go here to make your reservation.

    Join Us March 2nd for 4-H Day! Have you or your child ever thought about joining 4-H but are unsure what it’s all about? 4-H is a non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 and in kindergarten to age 19. Kids “learn by doing” through hands-on activities.
