February is American Heart Month, and Saturday February 23rd is Family Fun Day. Bring the family and “FEEL THE BEAT” and get moving towards a heart healthy family. OSU- Extension will be on hand with fun family activities such as relay races, The Blender Bike, parachute games and more. Everything is FREE, bring your friends and “Feel The Beat”.
