Join Ohio State University Extension Educators from Fairfield County and Licking County for this two-part series as we explore the art and science of backyard maple syrup production. From maple tree identification and tapping supplies, to boiling equipment and the production process, we will cover a variety of topics during the February 16 virtual presentation. Apply your knowledge in person as we tour a local maple syrup operation on February 26. Participants are invited to register to join one session or both.
