Fairfield County 4-H Camp
|
| Fairfield County Youth camp at Tar Hollow State Park, located in Laurelville, Ohio. Youth sleep in a cabin with at least one youth counselor and up to 6 other youth. Activities at camp include campfire, swimming, canoeing, hiking, fishing, line dancing, crafts, team building activities, water carnivals, games, and lots of fun! |

Restricted/Early Release Form is to be used in case someone else is picking up the camper OR if the camper needs to leave early from camp.
Camp Registration Form (Due by June 1 without the $10 late fee. Registrations will be accepted after June 1 with the $10 late fee until a week prior to each camp.)
Bertha Wilson Scholarship Form (For families who have 1st Year Campers, 2 or more children attending Junior and/or Senior Camp OR families who have financial need. This form is Due June 1.) **Please note the form has updated information in 2008!!! (More opportunities available!)
Do you want more information about the activities that will happen at camp? Want to request being in the same cabin as a friend? Visit the Camp Round Up May 28, 2008 at the Ag Center from 5:30-8 p.m. You can also register for camp at this time in addition to meeting counselors that will be camping with you! This is the only opportunity prior to camp to request having a friend in a cabin! All parties (parents/guardians) must sign the form that will be available in order to request friends.
