2008 4-H Enrollment Form Follow this link to the Enrollment Form which can be used for new member enrollments or as a quick reference list for 4-H activities. For the youth age 8 and in 3rd grade until they've reached their 19th Birthday as of January 1.  Visit the Club Bio page to check out clubs in the county!

4-H Day, March 15, 2008 from 1-4 p.m. at the Ag Center.  This event is free and is open to anyone—current, past, and future 4-H members, or even if you’re just curious about 4-H!  It’s a time to have one on one interaction with individuals who have had various experience with 4-H.  Participants will be able to view displays of 4-H projects, events, and activities.  It’s also a time to sign up to be a 4-H member! 

Ohio Volunteer Conference registration is due February 8, 2008, along with a payment of $30 ($40 and no lunch if the payment is late!)  View the registration form and registration session booklet.  All advisors are invited to attend!  (Youth are welcome to attend, too!) The first 7 registrations are being sponsored by the 4-H Advisory Committee, so don't delay! 

Ohio Teen Conference registration is due January 28, 2008, along with a payment of $25 ($35 if the payment is late!) View the registration form and registration session booklet.  Youth 13 & older are invited to attend!  (Adults are welcome to attend, too!)

Small Engines/Tractor Maintenance Club  Do you know of someone who has an interest in maintaining engines and equipment?  Maybe they work regularly with dirt bikes, lawn mowers, tractors, or other small engine powered equipment.  The Tractor and Small Engine 4-H Club may be for them!  The club meets every Tuesday in January and February and has a banquet in March.

2008 Dorrin & Ruth Ross Scholarship Application (Print out and hand write)

Apply for the 2008 Fairfield County Queen of Beef.  Applications are due February 8th to the Extension Office.  Applicants must be females between the ages of 16 & 20 as of January 1st, never married, or born a child.
